Kids Origami Club (KOC) – “House and Heart” Models, Koala and Joey Bookmark and Free Online Origami Instructions

Dear Folders and Parents,

I hope you and your family are well. Our next meeting will be on August 15. I will continue to send you newsletters every 2-3 weeks with links to origami instructions and non-origami links that you may find interesting.

Please see the tentative meeting dates below. All meetings will be from 3:30 PM until 5:00 PM.

There will be no meetings in May, June, July and December.

Free diagrams or video instructions are available for Models #4-15 and #18. See her notes regarding Models #15-18 at the end of the article.
I folded eight of these models yesterday (photo attached). I have ranked them by the levels of difficulties below.
Easy – #7
Low intermediate – #5 and 13
Intermediate – #4, 8, 9, and 14.
High intermediate – #10

Free Online Origami Instructions
5 PM – 5:30 PM on Mondays, April 27, May 4, and May 11
Sachi Nakato Takahara, the proprietor of Nakato Japanese Restaurant in Atlanta, will teach everyone how to fold paper on FACEBOOK LIVE at 5 PM on Mondays. Tune in to the Nakato Japanese Restaurant’s Facebook page to access her lesson. See the attached image for more information.
